We regret to inform you that the launch of the new service and the service updates, which was originally scheduled for May 31st, has been postponed to August 1st. • Revised: August 1st

2. Changes to Data Migration Policy

   – Original Policy:

• May 31st, 2024: All data from the current service will be migrated to the new service.

   – Revised Policy:

• July 1st, 2024: All data from the current service will be migrated to the new service.
• Data to be Migrated: User information (email) and purchase information (license purchase history)
• Data Not Migrated: Project list, past analysis history.
• Requesting Full Data Migration: If you want to migrate all data to the new service, please contact customer support.
• Data migration will be processed sequentially after receiving your request.
